The essence of <strong>Aqua Spinning<\/strong> is very intense muscle work with moderate physical fatigue.<\/p>\n<p>What does this look like in practice?<br \/>\nYou get on your bike and pedal! <strong>Aqua Spinning<\/strong> is a modern form of cardio training conducted on a stationary bicycle placed in water. Each class programme is a compilation of general development exercises that engage all the muscles. The work is intense, but the fatigue is less noticeable thanks to the water.
