tel:+48 573957402<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0or e-mail:\u00a0bok@aquaparksopot.pl<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Bookings can be cancelled by 12:00 noon on the day before the class.<\/strong><\/p>\n It is possible to purchase a single entry to the class for \u00a380.<\/strong><\/p>\n Classes last\u00a045 minutes of class time.<\/strong>\u00a0Your pass includes\u00a0additional 30 minutes\u00a0<\/strong>for each class\u00a0for dressing up.<\/strong><\/p>\n When purchasing a pass, you must declare the date and time of the class.<\/strong><\/p>\n Classes conducted on stationary bicycles immersed in water, using a variable tempo of music, varied with exercises and changes of position and direction. These are aerobic exercises that burn fat tissue and increase the efficiency of the heart and lungs. In addition, the classes support the reduction of cellulite. Specially designed bicycles that use water resistance as part of the training load help to strengthen muscles and slenderise the body.<\/p>\n
