Aqua Spinning
Classes conducted on stationary bicycles immersed in water, using a variable tempo of music, varied with exercises and changes of position and direction. These are aerobic exercises that burn fat tissue and increase the efficiency of the heart and lungs. In addition, the classes support the reduction of cellulite. Specially designed bicycles that use water resistance as part of the training load help to strengthen muscles and slenderise the body.
