What will be your responsibilities?
- Coordination of SPA staff work, creating schedules, planning treatments, preparing payroll calculations
- Support, ongoing SPA reception service, providing information
- effective planning of treatments in the SPA booking system to maximise occupancy for massages and treatments
- active sales and promotion of services
- monitoring of cleanliness, aesthetics and atmosphere in the SPA and Wellness zone
- Warehouse management
What do we require?
- English language proficiency
- High personal culture, excellent communication skills, professionalism in client relations
- Organisational skills: independence in action and problem-solving (guest complaints)
- Sales acumen: focus on achieving sales targets (services and products) and the ability to research customer needs
- Authorisation to perform massages

What will be your responsibilities?
- cleaning of traffic routes, toilets, hygienic and sanitary rooms, stairwells,
- Replacement and refilling of personal hygiene supplies in toilets,
- reporting faults occurring on the premises,
