Aquaspinning
Aqua Spinning is ideal for everyone - it slims the body, strengthens muscles and improves well-being! This type of training is especially recommended for people who want to improve circulation, lose extra weight and reduce cellulite without putting stress on their joints.
You do not need any special qualifications to take part in Aqua Spinning classes. You don't need developed motor coordination, a talent for choreography or even the ability to swim - your willingness is enough! The essence of Aqua Spinning is very intensive muscle work with a moderate feeling of physical fatigue.
What does this look like in practice?
You get on the bike and you pedal! Aqua Spinning is a modern form of cardio training carried out on a stationary bicycle placed in water. Each programme is a compilation of general training exercises that engage all muscle groups. The work is intense, but the fatigue is less noticeable thanks to the water. Additional motivation is provided by energetic music composed especially for the classes.
CLOSE-FITTING CLOTHING AND WATER SHOES ARE COMPULSORY DURING CLASSES.
