Terms and conditions for the use of the facility of Aquapark Sopot

Regulations for the use of the facility of Park Wodny Sopot Sp. z o.o. located in Sopot, at 5 Zamkowa Góra Street.
I. GENERAL PART
1. the facility is a complex of indoor and outdoor swimming pools with facilities
and water attractions, a sauna complex (hereinafter also referred to as: Aqua SPA), a bowling alley, a restaurant with outdoor terraces, a changing room and an outdoor car park.
The entity managing the Facility is Park Wodny Sopot Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Sopot at 5 Zamkowa Góra Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000018353 (hereinafter referred to as Park Wodny Sopot).
3 The opening hours of the Facility are specified in the current offer.
(4) Persons using the Facility's services are required, prior to entering, to familiarise themselves with: the price list for services, the Facility's Rules and Regulations and the rules for the use of tickets and electronic chips in force at the Facility. Purchase of a ticket entitling to use a selected service implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Rules and Regulations.
(5) Persons using the swimming pool complex, water attractions and facilities, including in particular the water slide and wild river, are obliged to familiarise themselves with the pictogram boards of the attractions, hereinafter referred to as instructions, and to comply with them.
6 The types of tickets valid on the Facility and the rules for the use of tickets and electronic chips are set out separately and are available for inspection on the Facility at the Customer Service Desk.
7 Persons using the services offered at the Facility are required to pay a fee for these services in accordance with the current price list.
(8) Any commercial activity inside the Facility by third parties, as well as any activity competitive to the activities of the Sopot Water Park, in particular swimming lessons or other activities conducted in water, is forbidden without the written consent of PWS to conduct such activity.
(9) Children under 7 years of age may be present on the premises only when accompanied by their legal guardians or legal representatives, and children under 13 years of age when accompanied by adults. Persons supervised by persons under 13 are responsible for their safety and for any damage caused by them.
(10) The Facility's employees may request relevant documents to confirm the entitlements of a person using the Facility's services resulting from these Rules and Regulations or the price list for services. Failure by a person using the Facility's services to produce the relevant documents will result in refusal to use the relevant entitlement.
11. Persons whose state indicates consumption of alcohol, intoxicated persons, persons behaving aggressively, persons under the influence of psychoactive substances, persons violating the personal dignity of others, persons inappropriately dressed, persons violating public order, the provisions of the Facility Rules and Regulations and the instructions for use of the equipment located within the Facility, persons disregarding the instructions of the Facility staff, Facility security agents or security staff, will be removed from the Facility by the Facility security agents, and the value of the unused entrance ticket will not be refunded to them. Facility staff have the right to refuse to sell an admission ticket to persons who are intoxicated, under the influence of psychoactive substances or who may pose a danger, or to persons who have violated the Facility Rules during previous stays.
12. On the premises the following applies:
a. a total ban on smoking, except in designated areas outside the Facility,
b. absolute prohibition to bring in glass containers, sharp tools and other dangerous objects,
c. absolute prohibition on the introduction or bringing in or presence of animals,
d. total prohibition of entry for persons whose condition indicates consumption of alcohol or psychoactive substances.
e. it is strictly forbidden for the Facility's customers to engage in any behaviour deemed socially indecent or offensive, discriminatory, vulgar or causing other people embarrassment or discomfort, in particular behaviour that may be treated as indecent within the meaning of the Code of Offences. Any such behaviour by other users should be reported immediately to the Facility staff, who are entitled to call the Police to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
(13) In justified cases, Facility staff shall have the right to require a user of the Facility to undergo a sobriety test or a psychoactive substances test. A user's refusal to submit to such an examination or test shall be tantamount to that user of the Facility being deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or, as the case may be, psychoactive substances, with all the consequences provided for in these Rules and Regulations.
14 In the event of an accident or injury of any kind, Park Wodny Sopot or the insurer has the right to refuse to pay compensation to persons under the influence of alcohol or any psychoactive substances.
15. there is a video surveillance system with records on the premises of the Facility, and the recordings of the video surveillance system may, in the event of revealing an act constituting a crime or an offence, be handed over to the relevant authorities for the purpose of instituting proceedings or may constitute grounds for prosecuting persons who do not observe the Rules in force and instructions and orders issued by authorised persons. Monitoring shall be carried out in a manner that does not violate the personal rights and dignity of persons staying at the Facility.
16. Park Wodny Sopot reserves the right to turn off particular devices or attractions or to limit accessibility to some of the water areas, inter alia during weather threatening the safety of users, pollution or faults caused by users of the Facility or other external factors.
17. Persons using the Facility are obliged to pay for the service(s) and leave the Facility no later than 15 minutes after its closing time.
(18) Complaints about the provision of the service should be lodged by users of the Facility at the Customer Service Centre, where they will be informed about the manner of lodging a complaint and the procedure for handling complaints. The basis for lodging a complaint by a user of the Facility is a proof of payment for the claimed service or a printout of the subscription history, in case the user of the Facility has performed a stay at the Facility under such a subscription.
(19) Rules for the use of the pool complex of the Sopot Water Park by organised groups are defined in separate regulations.

II. RULES FOR THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL COMPLEX
1. Only swimwear, clean sportswear: shorts and t-shirt and pool shoes of the flip-flop type are compulsory in the swimming pool complex.
2. Children and adults using or requiring nappies are required to use special disposable nappies for bathing.
3. each user of the swimming pool complex is obliged to wash his/her whole body with soap or shampoo and to rinse his/her feet with disinfectant located in the paddling pool at the exit from the showers to the swimming pool hall before entering the swimming pool complex.
When using the pool complex, water attractions and facilities, including in particular the slide and wild river, users must strictly comply with the instructions for use of the pool complex, water attractions and facilities and the instructions of the lifeguard.
5. the wild river and the slide should not be used by pregnant women.
(6) Persons with disabilities shall use the swimming pool complex, water attractions and facilities, including in particular the wild river and slide, only at their own risk or at the risk of the guardian under whose care they remain during their stay at the Facility.
7. Park Wodny Sopot is not responsible for any damage to swimwear incurred during use of the pool complex, water attractions and equipment.
8. The four-lane swimming pool is for able-bodied swimmers and swimmers only, right-hand direction applies on the swimming lanes.
9. Information on lane bookings in the swimming pool is available at the Facility's ticket offices and on the website.
10. If a track is booked, other persons are not allowed to use it.
11. The water attractions in the children's pool area are only available for children under 10 years of age.
12. The outdoor swimming pool is only open during the summer season when weather conditions are favourable.
13. Only children up to the age of 12 may use the so-called combine, i.e. the water attraction located in the outdoor pool area.
14. entry and exit from the pools, including the infinity pool to the outdoor terraces of the Facility, may only take place in areas designated and suitable for this purpose.
15. Within the swimming pool complex it is prohibited to:
a. running,
b. jumping into the water, pushing or throwing other users into the water,
c. swimming across the lanes in the swimming pool,
d. sitting on the track ropes in the swimming pool,
e. to climb on railings, walls surrounding swimming pools, stones and other similar equipment and decorative elements,
f. use rescue equipment for purposes other than those for which it is intended,
g. carrying or consuming food, with the exception of the consumption of products purchased from bars located within the swimming pool complex, in which case consumption of such products shall take place in designated areas next to the bars,
h. throwing dishes, food and other objects into the pools,
i. destruction of equipment,
j. to contaminate the water in the pools, to use soap or other chemicals in the pools,
k. to enter the swimming pool hall with prams,
l. loud use and playback of audio or video devices or other electronic devices.
16. watches and jewellery, e.g. earrings, rings, chains, etc., are worn by persons using the swimming pool complex at their own risk.
Persons using corrective spectacles wear them at their own risk and are obliged to fix them in such a way that they cannot fall off, e.g. with special holders, rubber bands, etc.
18 In the event of breakage or breakage of the glasses, the person using them is obliged to inform the lifeguard of the incident immediately.
(19) It is forbidden to use the swimming pool complex for persons whose external symptoms indicate: infectious skin diseases or other contagious diseases, ringworm, warts, erythema, rosacea or similar conditions, open cuts, hard-to-heal wounds, lack of personal hygiene, frequent intravenous injections on the limbs, breathing difficulties, balance disorders and aggressive behaviour. The Facility staff have the right in such cases to refuse to sell an admission ticket or to deny the right to enter the swimming pool complex.
20 Persons with an unstable state of health should use the pools, attractions and facilities with particular care, after consulting their doctor. PWS will not be held responsible for any adverse effects on the health of such persons while they are on the premises.
21 Any cuts, injuries or deterioration in well-being should be reported immediately to the nearest lifeguard.
First aid is administered to persons reporting to the lifeguards at the first aid station located in the swimming pool complex.

III. AQUA SPA REGULATIONS
1. Entry to the Aqua Spa is for adults only.
2. the Aqua Spa consists of changing rooms with showers, for women, men and the disabled respectively, and the sauna area. The sauna area consists of a relaxation zone (tepidarium and lounger areas), a public area (reception area, terrace) and steam sauna rooms (steam bath, caldarium, laconium, serail bath), and dry saunas (nordic sauna, finnish sauna, aroma sauna, biosauna). The sauna area is a textile-free area where you stay without any clothes, swimsuit, underwear or shorts. When using the sauna area you should expect to be naked or incompletely dressed.
The relaxation area and the public area (reception area, terrace) are not areas of nudity. The use of these areas takes place only in the sauna attire intended for this purpose (such as towel, stocking, pareo, kilt, dressing gown).
4. in the dry saunas and steam saunas you may only stay naked or in the sauna costume intended for this purpose. Before entering the dry saunas or steam saunas you must absolutely remove your flip-flops.
5. Wash your entire body thoroughly in the shower before entering the sauna area.
When using the dry saunas, it is necessary to spread the towels in such a way that no part of the body (including the feet) comes into contact with the wooden surface of the benches or greting on the floor while in the sauna (after taking a seat or lying down). When using the dry saunas, it is forbidden to wear sauna clothing previously used in the steam saunas (steam bath, caldarium, serail bath).
7 When using steam saunas, rinse thoroughly with water before contact with the seat and after using it.
Persons violating the provisions of these Rules and Regulations, failing to comply with the aforementioned prohibitions as well as with the instructions of the staff with regard to the behaviour reported to them, violating public order or moral norms, posing a threat to other sauna users and also causing damage to or destruction of property, may be ejected from the Facility without the possibility of applying for a refund of the ticket purchased. In the case of behaviour that has the appearance of a crime or misdemeanour, employees of the Facility are authorised to call the Police. The Owner of the Facility reserves the right to refuse future services to persons who have engaged in conduct deemed to be indecent behaviour.
(9) The use of additional services of the Aqua SPA, in particular treatments or massages, is possible after prior purchase of an entry ticket to the Aqua SPA.
10. it is prohibited to:
- any type of behaviour which is socially recognised as indecent or offensive, discriminatory, vulgar or which may cause embarrassment or discomfort to others, in particular behaviour which may be considered indecent in accordance with the provisions of the Misdemeanours Code is prohibited. Any such behaviour by other users must be reported immediately to Aqua SPA staff;
- use of the sauna area in clothing, including swimwear, underwear, shorts, outdoor shoes;
- running, making noise and talking loudly;
- touching control panels of electrical appliances
- damaging or causing damage to equipment in the sauna area, including but not limited to pouring oil on stones;
- bringing in and consuming alcohol and alcoholic beverages on the Aqua Spa premises, as well as your own food and beverages;
- to leave towels and other personal belongings on the loungers while in the saunas, thus preventing other Aqua Spa clients from using them;
- the carrying of mobile phones and video or audio recording devices by Aqua SPA customers into the sauna area.
11. for the duration of the purchased treatment, the time on the chip device of the person using it is stopped, which enables the full use of the purchased minutes in the sauna area.
12. cancellation by the customer of a massage or treatment shall not entitle the customer to claim a refund of the amount paid for entry to the Aqua SPA.
13. consumption of food or drink purchased at the Aqua SPA is only permitted in a designated area at the Aqua SPA reception.
(14) It is forbidden to use the Aqua Spa for persons whose external symptoms indicate: infectious skin diseases or other contagious diseases, ringworm, warts, erythema, rosacea or similar conditions, open cuts, hard-to-heal wounds, lack of personal hygiene, frequent intravenous injections on limbs, breathing difficulties, balance disorders and aggressive behaviour. The Facility staff have the right to refuse the sale of an admission ticket or the right of admission to the Aqua Spa complex in such cases.
15. contraindications to sauna use:
Acute infections, asthmatic conditions, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, infectious diseases, pregnant or menstruating women, cardiopulmonary diseases, hypertension, vascular diseases, atherosclerosis, skin lesions, skin inflammations, open wounds, difficult-to-heal wounds, increased body temperature, epilepsy, psychotic states, unstable diabetes, tumours, glaucoma, thyroid diseases, claustrophobia, epilepsy.
16. Contraindications to the use of massage:
Inflammatory conditions, haematomas, aneurysms, varicose veins, skin lesions, haemangiomas, advanced atherosclerosis and osteoporosis, untreated hypertension, short history of heart attacks, cancer, blood diseases, epilepsy, haemorrhagic tendencies, gastric ulcer, kidney stones, fever, menstruation, advanced pregnancy.
17. Contraindications to the use of the salt sauna and the brine graduation tower:
Acute illnesses with increased body temperature, condition after a recent myocardial infarction, cancer, hypersensitivity to bromine and iodine or other ions contained in the brine, hyperthyroidism, coronary heart failure especially in people with low blood pressure, haemoptysis and susceptibility to it, history of pulmonary tuberculosis, history of lung abscess.
Persons with unstable health conditions should use the saunas and other Aqua SPA facilities with particular caution, after consulting their doctor. Park Wodny Sopot will not be held liable for any negative consequences for the health of such persons during their stay in the Aqua SPA area.
Any cuts, injuries or deterioration in well-being must be reported immediately to Aqua Spa staff.
20. for towels, books and other personal belongings left unattended in the Aqua Spa area, the Aqua Spa staff are not responsible.

IV. LIABILITY AND PENALTIES
1. The User using services at the Facility who, by his/her action or omission, causes damage to or destruction of the Facility's equipment, any damage on the premises or loss of equipment issued to him/her in connection with use of the Facility's entrance or ancillary services (e.g. entrance chip, towels, spare bag, deposit key) shall be obliged to cover the costs of the damage up to the full amount.
(2) The User using services at the Facility shall be liable for his/her acts or omissions towards third parties within the limits of the applicable law.
3. Aquapark Sopot accepts items for safekeeping only in places indicated for this purpose.
- In the case of valuables such as money, documents, persons using the Facility are obliged to leave them in the deposit lockers located in the main lobby of the Facility before entering the swimming pool cloakroom complex.
- For other things, there are wardrobe cupboards.
- With regard to items such as a wheelchair, a rehabilitation walker/balcony, the dimensions of which do not allow storage in the wardrobe lockers after prior consultation with a member of the Facility staff are the changing rooms.
Only if you leave your belongings in the places indicated for this purpose is your belonging handed over to the Waterpark as custodian and you assume liability for loss or damage to the belongings entrusted for storage by the Waterpark.
4. loss of or damage to a chip wristband, loss of a locker key or cloakroom number will be charged in accordance with the current price list.
5. the Aquapark Sopot is not responsible for accidents caused by failure to observe these Rules and Regulations, the instructions for use of the facilities or attractions and the instructions or recommendations of the Facility staff.
6. Park Wodny Sopot bears no responsibility for interruptions in the functioning of the Facility and the devices or attractions or equipment located within the Facility, in particular in the swimming pool complex area, resulting from force majeure or causes beyond the control of Park Wodny Sopot, including in particular interruptions in the supply of electricity, gas or water.
(7) If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should prove to be invalid by operation of law, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Price list regulations

Rules on the use of electronic tickets and chips
1 Ticket types for those using the facility as set out in the Ticket Price List:
a. Children under 3 years of age - use the facility free of charge. If there is any doubt as to the age of a child, the carer is required to provide the cashier with the relevant document confirming the child's age.
b. Concessionary ticket - is available to children and young people aged between 3 and 16 years and students with a valid school or student card, as well as to people over 65 years of age and people with disabilities.
c. Normal ticket - persons over 18 years of age, and persons over 16 years of age who do not have a valid document entitling them to purchase a concessionary ticket to present at the time of ticket purchase.
d. Family ticket - is granted to a group of persons including at least one child aged between 3 and 16 and no more than two carers or parents. The family ticket price listed in the Price List represents the facility fee for one person in a family group.
e. Hourly ticket (that is, a one-, two- or three-hour ticket as specified in the current Price List) - means the duration of stay in the paid area of pools, saunas or pools and saunas declared at the time of ticket purchase. The time is counted the moment you pass the entrance gate next to the ticket office. Accrued time also includes the stay in the changing rooms. After exceeding the pre-purchased time of stay in the paid area, a surcharge is calculated on exit, according to the price per minute stated in the Price List. No refunds are given if the purchased time is not used.
f. All-day ticket - a declared period of stay in a paid area of pools, saunas or pools and saunas from the moment of entry to no later than the closing time of a given area. An all-day ticket entitles the holder to stay in a paid zone from the entrance until the closing time of the respective zone of the facility, without the possibility to leave that paid zone and re-enter it during the day to which the ticket applies.
g. Group ticket - is allowed for group participants of not less than 15 persons. The group ticket price listed in the Price List represents the fee for one group participant.
2. pay zone - this is the part of the facility after passing the gate at the ticket offices. It includes part of the swimming pool complex, Sauna World, changing room area.
Electronic chip - after selecting the type of ticket, the client receives an "electronic chip" assigned to the ticket, which enables the client to cross the transition gates by "touching" the chip to the reader, and also functions as a key to the locker in the swimming pool and sauna changing rooms, and enables purchases in bars and additional services in the Sauna World. The electronic chip may not be handed over to another person and it is forbidden for several people to use the same chip.
The time of stay in the paid area is calculated from the moment of passing through the gates, for the swimming pool - at the cash desk and for the Sauna World - on the first floor, at the entrance to the Sauna World, to the moment of leaving, understood as reaching the cash desk and handing over the chip to the cashier to establish the time of stay in the paid area of the sauna or swimming pool. Passing through the entrance gate at the cash desk must be
take place before the expiry of 5 minutes from ticket purchase. In the event of passing the gate after 5 minutes from ticket purchase - the time of stay in the paid area is calculated from the moment of ticket purchase. The customer leaving the Sauna World must reach the box office and hand over the chip to the cashier within 5 minutes of passing through the gate of the Sauna World on the first floor or else the entire time elapsed from the moment of passing through the gate of the Sauna World on the first floor will be added to the time of stay. A ticket purchased to Sauna World entitles the visitor only to stay in the sauna area and in the Sauna World changing room.
5. purchase of additional services in the Sauna World - the use of additional services in the Sauna World is possible only after the purchase of the admission ticket to the Sauna World for the period of stay declared at the purchase. Additional services used by a user of the Sauna World, as well as additional time of stay as a result of exceeding the time declared when purchasing the entrance ticket, are paid for at the box office at the exit from the facility, according to the prices set out in the valid Price List.
(6) Combined ticket - is a ticket entitling to stay in the Sauna World and in the swimming pools for the duration of the stay in these areas as declared at the time of purchase. Accrual of the actual time of stay starts the moment of passing through the entrance gate at the ticket offices and ends the moment of leaving the paid zones and settlement of the stay at the ticket offices. The customer using the combined ticket is obliged to wear the chip received during the entire stay in both zones, i.e. the Sauna World and the swimming pool area.
Disabled persons, i.e. persons with a severe and/or documented disability requiring constant care from a carer, who are individual customers, are entitled to purchase one reduced ticket for themselves and their accompanying carer at the price according to the current price list.
8 Stop time at the tills - in the event that a customer leaving the pay area assesses that it will take longer than 15 minutes to be billed at the checkout at the exit, they may use the stop time option. In this case, upon descending to the checkout, he/she should trigger the time stop count by applying his/her chip to the reader at the checkout marked 'STOP TIME'. The "STOP TIME" option is only activated if the pre-purchased time of the stay in the paid area has expired. The "STOP TIME" option stops the length of stay for 15 minutes after it has been activated. It is only possible to use the time stop option once.
9 Stop Time in the Sauna World - for the duration of the additional treatment in the Sauna World, i.e. massage, care or beauty treatment, excluding the stay in the solarium, mud sauna and use of the hydrojet service, the countdown of the Sauna World stay is stopped for 30 or 60 minutes. Information on the time of stopping the countdown for individual treatments is provided at the Sauna World reception desk.

Regulations concerning the use of the facility of Aquapark Sopot by organized groups

I. GENERAL PART
1. an organised group is understood to be a group of persons using the swimming pool complex of the Sopot Water Park under the supervision of a group minder (hereinafter referred to as 'Group minder').
2 The Group Supervisor is understood to be a person with qualifications appropriate to the manner in which the group is organised (entry as part of a school holiday, entry as part of the activities of public and non-public schools and establishments, other group entry).
3. the organiser is responsible for the proper organisation of the group (entry within the framework of school holidays, entry within the framework of activities of public and non-public schools and establishments) in accordance with separate regulations.
4. there can be no more than one Group Supervisor per Group Supervisor:
a. 15 participants - in the case of a group consisting of school-age children,
b. 10 participants - in the case of a group consisting of pre-school children,
c. in the case of a group consisting of disabled persons, the number of carers shall depend on the type and level of disability of the group's participants and shall be specified by the group organiser in the Group Application.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GROUP SUPERVISOR
The Group Chaperone represents the organiser and is obliged to provide proper care, constant supervision and ensure the safety of the group entrusted to his/her care throughout the Facility.
The Group Supervisor is obliged to thoroughly familiarise themselves with the Regulations for the use of the Aquapark Sopot facility, the instructions for using the equipment and attractions.
3. it is the responsibility of the Group Supervisor to familiarise all group members with the Sopot Water Park Facility Regulations and instructions on the use of equipment and attractions.
4 The Group Supervisor shall be fully responsible for any damage caused to property and persons by the group participants in his/her care.
5. the Lifeguard Shift Coordinator may refuse a group entry and use or order them to leave the Sopot Water Park swimming pool complex if it is determined that the number of Group Chaperones is insufficient.
(6) The Lifeguard Shift Coordinator, in the event of ascertaining transgressions in observance of the Regulations for use of the Aquapark Sopot facility, instructions for use of the installations and attractions, has the right to prohibit further use and to remove the group from the Aquapark swimming pool complex. In such a case no refund of fees will be granted.
7 The Group Supervisor is obliged to:
a. a. make sure that all group participants shower in the changing room before entering the swimming pool hall, change into their swimming costumes, and that the Chaperones change into clean sportswear, i.e.: shorts, T-shirt and swimming pool shoes such as flip-flops or swimming costume,
b. to mark all group participants with the appropriate uniform coloured identification stripes or caps of the same colour,
c. to don and wear throughout the stay of the organised group an identification waistcoat of a colour matching that of the identification stripes or caps of the organised group, available from the Lifeguard Shift Coordinator,
d. personally bring the group into the swimming pool hall and immediately report its arrival to the nearest lifeguard, stating the number of participants in the group,
e. to assemble at a place designated by the lifeguard and carry out an appropriate briefing in conjunction with the lifeguard, ensuring that no member of the group enters the water before the above briefing has taken place,
f. check that no member of the group has a medical condition,
g. supervise group participants and ensure that they comply with the provisions of the Rules and Regulations for using the Aquapark Sopot Facility and the instructions for using the installations and attractions of the Facility,
h. To be present at the start of the wild river and slide while these attractions are being used by the group members under his/her care,
i. to obey the instructions of lifeguards and the Facility staff,
j. to report immediately to the nearest lifeguard any accident occurring while the group is on the Facility,
k. manage the assembly at a designated place before leaving the pool hall and carry out a proper briefing together with the lifeguard.

III. RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTICIPANTS IN AN ORGANISED GROUP
Participants of an organised group are obliged to behave in a safe, calm and cultured manner, not to create situations endangering their own and other users' safety, health and life.
Participants in an organised group are required to familiarise themselves with the Regulations for the use of the Aquapark Sopot facility, instructions for use of the facilities and attractions and to observe them.
3 Each participant in an organised group is required to:
in the changing room area:
a. leave outer clothing and footwear in the cloakroom,
b. change into clean swimwear, place clothing and footwear in the locker and lock the locker properly,
c. wash thoroughly in the shower using cleansing agents,
d. rinse feet with disinfectant located in the paddling pool at the exit from the showers to the pool hall,
at the swimming pool complex:
a. Participate in the assembly ordered by the Group Supervisor starting and ending the stay at the swimming pools,
b. to comply with the instructions of lifeguards, site staff, Group Supervisor,
c. respect the prohibition of false alarms,
d. report to the nearest lifeguard or Group Supervisor any injury, cut, deterioration of health,
after leaving the pool complex:
a. change in the changing room and check that all personal belongings have been removed from the locker being used.

IV. GROUP TICKET PURCHASE AND CHARGING PRINCIPLES
(1) The Group Supervisor is obliged to provide the cashier with the exact number of group participants before the transaction is made at the cash desk. If a smaller number of persons is given, after the transaction has been approved, the charge for additional persons will be calculated according to the price list in force, using the prices for stays at the swimming pools for individuals.
(2) Passage from the ticket office to the entrance gates separating the paid area must take place within 5 minutes after collection of the entry chips for the group. If the group's passage time is exceeded, the paid swimming pool time will be calculated from the moment the chips are issued at the ticket office. All group participants are required to enter and exit the paid area together, after completing their stay in the pools together.
3 The paid stay time includes the stay in the changing room and the swimming pool complex. In the event of exceeding the purchased time of stay, each participant in the group will be charged an extra charge for each minute of stay according to the current price list. It is recommended to take the group out of the swimming pool 15 minutes before the purchased time of stay and to deliver the badges to the cash desk at the latest 10 minutes before the end of the time in order to avoid the surcharge.
The so-called master chip for the group is given to the Group Supervisor. Only the master chip in the possession of the Group Minder entitles him/her to make purchases at the bar in the swimming pool hall and to control the group's time on the time reader in the swimming pool hall. If there is more than one Group Minder, the organiser should indicate one of them who will be issued the main chip with the above-mentioned range of rights.
(5) In the event of loss of the main chip, or chips, by group participants, the Group Supervisor shall pay a fee of PLN 100 (one hundred zloty) for each lost chip.
(6) In the event of a queue of people waiting to be billed for a completed stay in the pools, the group participants leaving the pool and the Group Supervisor should use the "Stop Time" option, stopping the counting of the time spent in the pools for 10 minutes, allowing for the completion and billing of that stay. The "Stop Time" reader is located in the paid area of the swimming pool complex by the ticket offices.
For settlement of the group's stay, the Group Supervisor collects and hands over the group participants' chips at the ticket office on the exit side. For an efficient settlement of the stay the Group Supervisor should first hand over the group participants' chips and at the end hand over the main chip, for closing and settlement of the group's stay in the swimming pool complex of the Aquapark Sopot.

Birthday party regulations

1 The offer concerns the organisation of a birthday party for children aged 6 to 16. The group should consist of no less than 10 children and one adult chaperone.
(2) As part of the birthday offer, Park Wodny Sopot Sp. z o.o. provides:
(a) an entertainer who organises games for children in the pool hall,
(b) a menu of your choice (one of the proposed sets),
(c) a three-hour swimming pool ticket for birthday party participants,
(d) a complimentary ticket for a group minder who attends the swimming pool with the children.
(3) Payment for the services ordered will be made by cash or credit card at the Customer Service Desk in advance on the day the order is signed.
4 The ordering party is obliged to confirm the number of people attending the birthday party 2 days before the booked date, otherwise they will bear the costs specified in the order placed.
5 Cancellation of the event can take place 3 days before the booked date. If the cancellation is not communicated, an amount of 20% of the order value will be deducted.
6 The purchaser undertakes to:
(a) ensuring that children have: swimsuit, flip-flops and towel,
b) ensure the presence of an adult - a chaperone - during the stay with the birthday party participants in the pool hall, this person should be in swimsuit and flip-flops.
7 The chaperone is obliged to look after and supervise the children during their stay in the swimming pool complex and in the changing rooms. The chaperone is bound by the rules of the facility, in particular the provisions concerning the group chaperone.

Rules on the use of electronic tickets and chips

1 Ticket types for those using the facility as set out in the Ticket Price List:
a. Children under 3 years of age - use the facility free of charge. If there is any doubt as to the age of a child, the carer is required to provide the cashier with the relevant document confirming the child's age.
b. Concessionary ticket - is available to children and young people aged between 3 and 16 years and students with a valid school or student card, as well as to people over 65 years of age and people with disabilities.
c. Normal ticket - persons over 18 years of age, and persons over 16 years of age who do not have a valid document entitling them to purchase a concessionary ticket to present at the time of ticket purchase.
d. Family ticket - is granted to a group of persons including at least one child aged between 3 and 16 and no more than two carers or parents. The family ticket price listed in the Price List represents the facility fee for one person in a family group.
e. Hourly ticket (that is, a one-, two- or three-hour ticket as specified in the current Price List) - means the duration of stay in the paid area of pools, saunas or pools and saunas declared at the time of ticket purchase. The time is counted the moment you pass the entrance gate next to the ticket office. Accrued time also includes the stay in the changing rooms. After exceeding the pre-purchased time of stay in the paid area, a surcharge is calculated on exit, according to the price per minute stated in the Price List. No refunds are given if the purchased time is not used.
f. All-day ticket - a declared period of stay in a paid area of pools, saunas or pools and saunas from the moment of entry to no later than the closing time of a given area. An all-day ticket entitles the holder to stay in a paid zone from the entrance until the closing time of the respective zone of the facility, without the possibility to leave that paid zone and re-enter it during the day to which the ticket applies.
g. Group ticket - is allowed for group participants of not less than 15 persons. The group ticket price listed in the Price List represents the fee for one group participant.
2. pay zone - this is the part of the facility after passing the gate at the ticket offices. It includes part of the swimming pool complex, Sauna World, changing room area.
Electronic chip - after selecting the type of ticket, the client receives an "electronic chip" assigned to the ticket, which enables the client to cross the transition gates by "touching" the chip to the reader, and also functions as a key to the locker in the swimming pool and sauna changing rooms, and enables purchases in bars and additional services in the Sauna World. The electronic chip may not be handed over to another person and it is forbidden for several people to use the same chip.
The time of stay in the paid area is calculated from the moment of passing through the gates, for the swimming pool - at the cash desk and for the Sauna World - on the first floor, at the entrance to the Sauna World, to the moment of leaving, understood as reaching the cash desk and handing over the chip to the cashier to establish the time of stay in the paid area of the sauna or swimming pool. Passing through the entrance gate at the cash desk must be
take place before the expiry of 5 minutes from ticket purchase. In the event of passing the gate after 5 minutes from ticket purchase - the time of stay in the paid area is calculated from the moment of ticket purchase. The customer leaving the Sauna World must reach the box office and hand over the chip to the cashier within 5 minutes of passing through the gate of the Sauna World on the first floor or else the entire time elapsed from the moment of passing through the gate of the Sauna World on the first floor will be added to the time of stay. A ticket purchased to Sauna World entitles the visitor only to stay in the sauna area and in the Sauna World changing room.
5. purchase of additional services in the Sauna World - the use of additional services in the Sauna World is possible only after the purchase of the admission ticket to the Sauna World for the period of stay declared at the purchase. Additional services used by a user of the Sauna World, as well as additional time of stay as a result of exceeding the time declared when purchasing the entrance ticket, are paid for at the box office at the exit from the facility, according to the prices set out in the valid Price List.
(6) Combined ticket - is a ticket entitling to stay in the Sauna World and in the swimming pools for the duration of the stay in these areas as declared at the time of purchase. Accrual of the actual time of stay starts the moment of passing through the entrance gate at the ticket offices and ends the moment of leaving the paid zones and settlement of the stay at the ticket offices. The customer using the combined ticket is obliged to wear the chip received during the entire stay in both zones, i.e. the Sauna World and the swimming pool area.
Disabled persons, i.e. persons with a severe and/or documented disability requiring constant care from a carer, who are individual customers, are entitled to purchase one reduced ticket for themselves and their accompanying carer at the price according to the current price list.
8 Stop time at the tills - in the event that a customer leaving the pay area assesses that it will take longer than 15 minutes to be billed at the checkout at the exit, they may use the stop time option. In this case, upon descending to the checkout, he/she should trigger the time stop count by applying his/her chip to the reader at the checkout marked 'STOP TIME'. The "STOP TIME" option is only activated if the pre-purchased time of the stay in the paid area has expired. The "STOP TIME" option stops the length of stay for 15 minutes after it has been activated. It is only possible to use the time stop option once.
9 Stop Time in the Sauna World - for the duration of the additional treatment in the Sauna World, i.e. massage, care or beauty treatment, excluding the stay in the solarium, mud sauna and use of the hydrojet service, the countdown of the Sauna World stay is stopped for 30 or 60 minutes. Information on the time of stopping the countdown for individual treatments is provided at the Sauna World reception desk.

Terms and conditions for the use of the unguarded car park

AND GENERAL PRINCIPLES

1. the car park at the swimming pool complex [hereinafter PARKING] is operated by Park Wodny Sopot Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Sopot, 5 Zamkowa Góra Street [hereinafter COMPANY].

2 The car park is a paid, unguarded car park.

The PARKING is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Settlement of fees is carried out at the self-service automatic cash desk next to the main entrance.

4. downloading a parking ticket means reading and accepting the ''Rules and Regulations for the use of the unguarded car park at the swimming pool complex of Park Wodny Sopot Sp. z o.o. '' [hereinafter RULES].

(5) By leaving a vehicle in the PARKING, the vehicle user/owner enters into a parking space lease agreement with the COMPANY. The agreement on lease of a parking space is not a vehicle storage agreement or any other agreement that would oblige the COMPANY to be responsible for damages resulting from theft, destruction or damage to the vehicle, which occurred on the premises of the PARKING or on the internal roads of the PARKING through the fault of the user/owner of the vehicle, third parties or force majeure, as well as to be responsible for the items left in the vehicle or constituting its equipment.

(6) Damage to a barrier, a ticket terminal or a self-service cash register resulting from improper driving, improper manoeuvres or improper use of a self-service cash register shall be the responsibility of the driver of the vehicle or the person clearing a ticket at the self-service cash register, respectively. In such a case, a security officer of the COMPANY shall draw up an incident report, including the details of the perpetrator of the damage in the report. If they refuse to provide identification data, the SHOP's security employee is authorised to call a police patrol. The protocol drawn up by a SHOP security employee or a police patrol is the basis for charging the vehicle driver or the person who settles the ticket at the self-service cash register with the cost of repairing the damage.

II FEES

(1) The applicable price list for parking fees can be found in front of the PARKING entry terminal and at www.aquaparksopot.pl.

(2) The parking fee should be paid at the self-service ticket office before leaving the PARKING.

(3) If a ticket is lost by a customer, the self-service ticket office will print a "lost ticket" for a special fee in accordance with the applicable price list.

(4) There is a time limit of 20 minutes for leaving the car park after payment of the car park charge. After 20 minutes, further payment will be charged according to the price list.

III TERMS OF USE AND ACCOUNTING

1. There is an absolute prohibition in the car park:

- entry of vehicles carrying flammable, corrosive, explosive and other hazardous materials,

- smoking and alcohol consumption,

- presence of persons in an intoxicated state.

(2) The rules of traffic law apply in the PARKING area, including the assessment of traffic collisions and accidents and their consequences.

3 The driver of a vehicle using the car park is obliged to observe:

- vertical and horizontal road signs,

- instructions of the COMPANY's security personnel and police or municipal police officers.

Vehicle users are obliged to protect vehicles left in the PARKING from access of third persons and to use the security systems they have. In case of theft or burglary the user is obliged to inform immediately the security officer of the COMPANY and the appropriate Police unit.

In the event of losing the keys or locking them inside the vehicle, attempts to get inside the car may be made by the driver/user of the vehicle only after producing the identity card and the vehicle registration card, under pain of being treated as an attempt to break into or steal the vehicle, with the consequences of calling a police patrol by the security staff of the COMPANY.

(7) The barriers for entry and exit to the PARKING shall close immediately after a vehicle passes through. Simultaneous passage of two vehicles through one of the barriers risks damaging the vehicle and the automatic car park operation system. In such a case the security staff of the COMPANY shall apply the rules of point I.6 of the RULES accordingly for further proceedings.
