Aroma Sauna

Aroma Sauna is a type of dry sauna using the therapeutic effect of fragrances on the entire body. Humidity and warmth of the aromatic cave delicately but thoroughly cleanse the skin and respiratory tract. It provides stimulation for the circulatory system, reduction of muscle tension, stress relief, mitigation of limb and joint pains. The cleansing effect is also increased by special vapours made of natural herbs. The aroma sauna is filled with the smell of eucalyptus and mint.

  • Temperature approximately between 70 and 80°C, humidity: 10%
  • Dry air (steam with natural herbal vapours)
  • Perfectly cleanses the skin and respiratory tract
  • Improves cleansing and rejuvenates while nourishing the skin
  • Recommended time of stay: 20 minutes 2-3 times a week, 20-30 minutes rest after leaving the sauna
