Nordic Sauna is located on the outdoor terrace of the Facility. Alternating stay in high and low temperatures, cooling down the body under the shower, is a great challenge for the circulatory system.

The Nordic Sauna has a positive impact on the respiratory and immune system, as well as the body’s stamina. We offer everyday aromatic sauna rituals (except the summer season, i.e. July and August). A detailed schedule of the rituals is available in the news tab.
