2. The paid zone is a part of the Facility located after crossing the entry gate at the ticket office. It comprises a part of the pool complex, World of Sauna and the changing room.
3. Electronic chip – after selecting the type of the ticket the customer receives an “electronic chip” allocated to the ticket that allows them to cross the entry gates by putting it next to the sensor. The chip is also the key for the locker in the pool and sauna changing room, allows the user to make purchases at the bars and buy additional services at the World of Sauna. The electronic chip cannot be given to another person. Several people cannot be using the same chip.
4. Time spent at the paid zone is measured from the moment of crossing the gates located at the ticket office (for the pool) and on the 1st floor, near the entrance to the World of Sauna (for the World of Sauna) until exiting the zone understood as reaching the ticket office, handing the chip over to the cashier to calculate the time of stay in the paid zone of pools or saunas. Crossing the entry gate at the ticket office must take place within 5 minutes from purchasing the ticket. If the user crosses the gate after the lapse of 5 minutes from the moment of purchasing the ticket, the time spent in the paid zone is measured from the moment of purchasing the ticket. Reaching the ticket office and handing over the chip to the cashier by the customer leaving the World of Sauna must take place within 5 minutes from the moment of crossing the World of Sauna gate on the 1st floor under the pain of adding the entire time spent from crossing the World of Sauna gate on the 1st floor to reaching the ticket office. 5. The purchase of additional services in the World of Sauna – using additional services in the World of Sauna is possible only after purchasing an entry ticket to the World of Sauna for the time declared at the moment of the purchase. Additional services used by the person visiting the World of Sauna, such as the additional time of stay due to exceeding the time declared at the moment of purchasing the entry ticket, are paid in the ticket office near the exit from the Facility, according to the prices set in the current Price List.
6. A combined ticket is a ticket that entitles its holder to stay at the World of Sauna and the pools for the time declared for those zones at the moment of purchasing the ticket. Measuring the real time spent at the Facility begins at the moment of crossing the entry gate near the ticket office and ends while leaving the paid zones and settling the costs at the ticket office. The customer with the combined ticket is obliged to carry the chip for the entire stay in the both zones, i.e. in the World of Sauna and in the pool zone.
7. The disabled, i.e. persons with significant or/and documented physical disability, requiring constant care provided by the carers, being individual customers, are entitled to purchase one reduced ticket for themselves and for their carer at a price set out in the current Price List.
8. Stop time at the ticket office – in case the customer leaves the paid zone estimates that the waiting time to the ticket office at the exit takes more than 15 minutes, they may use the stop time option. In such a case, when they are waiting before the ticket office they should initiate the stop time option by putting their chip to the sensor at the ticket office marked as “STOP TIME”. The “STOP TIME” option is initiated only when the time purchased for the paid zone has passed. The “STOP TIME” option stops measuring time of stay for 15 minutes from the moment of initiating it. The stop time option can be used only once.
9. The stop time in the World of Sauna – for the time of performing an additional treatment in the World of Sauna, i.e. a massage, cosmetic or beauty treatment, excluding the time spent at the solarium, the mud sauna and using the hydro jet, the time is stopped for 30 or 60 minutes while staying at the World of Sauna.
